We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible — from placing your order to receiving it right at your doorstep. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your beauty products and wigs across Nigeria.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins processing it immediately.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Custom wig orders: 3–5 business days (to allow for styling and finishing touches)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Options

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and also offer pickup options at our salon.

Within Lagos State:

  • Delivery takes 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Express same-day delivery may be available for an extra fee (contact us to confirm).

Outside Lagos (Nationwide Delivery):

  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.

Pickup Option:

  • You can pick up your order directly from our salon at:
    3, Adenekan Salako Close, Ijaiye Road, Ogba, Lagos State.
    Please wait for a confirmation message before coming for pickup.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free or discounted delivery may be offered during special promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable) so you can monitor its progress until it reaches you.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delays, damages, or issues with your order, please notify us immediately at info@bismondhairandbeauty.com or call +2348022202868.

We’ll work closely with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note: Bismond Hair & Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we offer delivery within Nigeria only.
For international orders, please contact us directly — we’re happy to make special arrangements when possible.

7. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
