At Bismond Hair & Beauty, we value our customers and want you to have full confidence in every purchase and service. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures clarity, fairness, and satisfaction while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

1. Service Refunds

Because beauty and hair services are personalized and performed to client specifications, all completed services are non-refundable.
However, if you experience any issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns or offer a suitable adjustment.

We are committed to ensuring you leave feeling confident, beautiful, and satisfied.

2. Product Returns

We take pride in offering only genuine, high-quality beauty products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty items, including:

  • Wigs and weaves (once worn or altered)
  • Makeup products
  • Skincare and haircare items
  • Tools and accessories that have been used

However, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Training Fees & Course Enrollments

All training and apprenticeship fees are non-refundable once the class has commenced.
However, if you need to withdraw before the program starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund or course rescheduling, depending on circumstances.

Refunds for training deposits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested at least 5 days before the class start date.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (for instance, a different wig style or shade), please contact us to confirm availability. Additional costs may apply if there’s a price difference.
